Executive Director, Amanda Heiderich MSW, MPA

Amanda was born in Seoul, South Korea and adopted by her family in the United States in 1979.  She grew up in the state of Wisconsin and went on to receive her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Amanda completed her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  Amanda has worked in the juvenile justice field and currently works in international adoption, mainly in post adoption services.  She and her husband currently reside in Hendersonville, TN with their children. 

Jennie Ours, LCSW
 
Jennie has worked worked as a clinical therapist in the mental health field, as well as in the adoption and child welfare service fields.  She has a great passion for serving families who have or are interested in adopting internationally.  She received her B.S. in Social Work from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY  and completed her Master degree in Social Work at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
